• BACE analysis reports and Command Briefs
• Access to the Decision Engine tool on this website
• Educational content, blog articles, and case studies
• Client portal access to past reports and analyses

3. Nature of Advisory Services

BAIC provides decision intelligence and structured advisory services. Our analyses are intended to support your decision-making process, not to replace it. You acknowledge and agree that:

• All decisions remain your sole responsibility. BAIC analyses are advisory in nature and do not constitute legal, financial, medical, or professional advice.
• The BACE framework is a proprietary analytical tool designed to structure thinking. It does not guarantee any particular outcome.
• Past case studies and outcomes described on this website are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results for your situation.
• You should seek qualified professional advice (legal, financial, medical, etc.) for decisions in those specialist domains.

4. Client Responsibilities

When engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your decision context.
• Use our analyses and reports for lawful purposes only.
• Not share, reproduce, or distribute BAIC Command Briefs or analyses without our written consent.
• Pay agreed fees promptly as per the terms of your engagement.
• Maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary frameworks or methodologies shared with you.

5. Intellectual Property

The BACE framework, all content on this website, case studies, blog articles, and analytical methodologies are the intellectual property of BLANKSON-AMISSAH Inversion Consult. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission. Command Briefs and reports delivered to you as part of an engagement are licensed for your personal or organisational use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

6. Confidentiality

BAIC treats all client information with strict confidentiality. We will not disclose your personal details, decision scenarios, or engagement details to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit consent. We may use anonymised, non-identifiable case information for educational purposes and case study development, subject to your prior agreement.

7. Payment Terms

Fees for advisory services are agreed in advance of each engagement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Payment is due within 14 days of invoice issuance.
• Engagements may be paused until outstanding invoices are settled.
• Refunds are not available for completed analyses and delivered reports.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BAIC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on our analyses, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

9. Decision Engine Tool

The Decision Engine on this website uses artificial intelligence to generate preliminary analyses. These AI-generated analyses are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a full BACE advisory engagement. Full advisory engagements require a booked session with a BAIC consultant. BAIC is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of AI-generated outputs from the Decision Engine tool.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
