Decision 1

Partially reversible — significant cost or time to undo

Moderate urgency — days to a week

Moderate capital — noticeable if lost

How Irreversibility-First Sequencing Works

The BACE Engine 4 scores each decision using a weighted formula: Irreversibility × 3 + Urgency × 2 + Capital Risk × 1. Irreversibility carries the highest weight because a reversible mistake can be corrected; an irreversible one cannot.

The output is a ranked sequence — not a recommendation to proceed. Each decision that scores 60+ should be run through the full BACE 5-Gate Engine before any action is taken.
