The Process

Every engagement follows the same disciplined sequence — regardless of the size, complexity, or urgency of the decision.

Phase 1

Problem Classification

Before any advice is given, your situation is classified using the Cynefin framework — Clear, Complicated, Complex, Chaotic, or Wicked. The wrong classification leads to the wrong solution. This step alone eliminates the most common consulting error.

Phase 2

The 5-Gate Assessment

Your decision is run through five structured gates. Each gate is a question. Each question has a threshold. The gates do not negotiate — they reveal. Four passes out of five means GO. Anything less means recalibrate or stop.

Phase 3

Pattern Intelligence

Fifteen years of decision patterns across business, law, finance, and personal strategy are brought to bear on your specific situation. We surface what you cannot see from inside it.

Phase 4

Your Decision Document

Every engagement produces a confidential written document — your Command Brief or Decision Dossier. Not a verbal recommendation. A document you can return to, share with a partner, or use as a reference point six months later.

How much disorder will this decision introduce into your life, business, or relationships? Complexity has a cost that most people undercount.

Does this decision serve the person you are building yourself to become? Short-term gains that contradict long-term identity always extract a hidden price.
